Return window

Request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

Return conditions

The product must be unused, with the original packing and all accessories.

Refund

Once the returned product reaches us and has been checked, the refund is made within 5-7 working days to the same payment method you paid with.

Damaged or incorrect product

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, email us photos within 48 hours of delivery - we will send a replacement or a full refund.
